BURNINGFOLD MANOR

a beautiful 15th century listed Manor house, set in walled rose gardens with views over the 300 acres of farming countryside. 

Burningfold is a hidden country retreat; a romantic venue comprising of charming accommodation and impressive grounds.  Easily accessed within an hour from central London and coastal cities of Brighton and Chichester, this beautiful Estate is nestled in the picturesque village of Dunsfold on the Surrey/ Sussex border.

Burningfold is versatile in its event space offerings from its purpose-built lined barn and stable bar to the Manor itself, offering a unique venue with outside opportunities in the walled gardens where a marquee or stretched tent can be erected for smaller events or inside the oak panelled library. 

​

The Oak panelled library has a log burning stove set within a large inglenook fireplace and is full of character with original ceiling beams, wooden flooring and lead windows overlooking the walled gardens. It offers the perfect setting for sit down celebrations for up to 60 guests for a romantic wedding ceremony or wedding breakfast.

Endless options include; our lined barn, custom made marquee in the linked courtyard with adjacent Stable Bar, the Manor House oak panelled library, the secret gardens or one of our polo fields, overlooking the Downs. 

 

Whether you're planning your special day, a private party with family and friends or a corporate event, all offer a unique space with tailor made, personalised packages to cater for all.

From the historic and traditional Burningfold Manor, to the beautifully refurbished Coach House, Chapel Cottage and our charming Dolls House, all bringing a touch of country charm, the perfect place for relaxation in the country.

Established in 2007 Burningfold Polo Club is fully affiliated to the Hurlingham Polo Association.

 

Burningfold combines the amenities available at professional clubs with a more relaxed atmosphere associated with a family-run polo club.
