A peaceful Country Cottage set in the 300 acres estate of Burningfold Manor, Dunsfold, Surrey, only an hour by car to London and 45 minutes on the train from Witley Station.

This comfortable recently refurbished four bedroom property is perfect for families, reunions of friends and business travellers alike. There are four bedrooms comprising of 1 king with ensuite shower room, 2 double and 1 twin with a family bathroom. The open plan kitchen and breakfast room are fully equipped with the utility/hall area adjoining with washing and drying facilities. The sitting room has french doors leading onto the patio area and private garden with table and chairs.

There is off road parking and a large private garden for use of guests only.

Well behaved social dogs are welcome.

The Polo Club, on the Burningfold Estate, offer the opportunity for you and your guests to learn to play.

Walking

This part of Surrey offers some of the best walks through the woodland and hills of southwest Surrey. Walks that begin around Dunsfold and Chiddingfold will take you on forest trails passing through villages, canals and churches – with a few decent pubs along the way!

Catering

A list of outside caterers can be provided to allow you to celebrate within the comfort of the Barn.

With local easy access to the popular Goodwood Festival of Speed, Goodwood Racing, and Cowdray Polo Club and their events, as well as several popular wedding venues this makes the Barn a very attractive place to stay with family and friends.

Golf

There are several courses nearby – Wildwood Country Club, Chiddingfold, Cowdray Park and West Surrey.

National trust and RHS sites

Burningfold is within a stones throw of 25 National Trust and RHS Gardens sites including the amazing  RHS Wisley.

Other outdoor activities

Burningfold is close to a number of outdoor activities including the popular Alice Holt Forest and Go Ape sites.

Activities for the kids

There are a host of activities to enjoy with the kids including Fishers Farm Park, Chessington World of Adventures, Lego Land and Thorpe Park there are also many things to do on rainy days including Spectrum Leisure Centre in Guildford, Airhop, Chessington Sea Life Centre and activities within the Guildford Leisure Centre.
