POLO CLUB

Burningfold Polo Club has been established since 2007

Run by Harry Muddle, Burningfold Polo Club, established in 2007, is fully affiliated to the National leading body - The Hurlingham Polo Club. Beginning in the UK, Harry’s well travelled, gaining knowledge and experience in New Zealand, Argentina, 5 seasons in Australia and most recently South Africa where he proudly represented his country. Now, a 3 goal professional player, Harry returns to the UK for the English summer season heading up Burningfold Polo Club. He is supported by his loyal team of grooms, returning patrons and all new comers welcome.

Burningfold combines the amenities available at professional clubs with a more relaxed atmosphere associated with a family run polo club club.  There are 2 polo fields, the number 1 ground is irrigated and there is an additional practise ground (also irrigated), paddocks and stabling offering matches, chukkas, stick and ball with ponies available for hire along with stabling and livery.

MEMBERSHIP, FIXTURES & SPONSORSHIP

Integration, participation & good old fashioned fun

Burningfold offers three polo fields where matches, stick and ball, lessons and chukkas are all played from. The Polo Season runs from April - September. For membership and fixtures, please contact us directly.

With sponsorship, Burningfold offers a unique opportunity to promote your business, entertain colleagues, customers and staff. Get close to the action, speak to the players or have a go yourself. We can tailor a package to provide that lasting memory.

Seasonal stabling and corals are available with accommodation for grooms and players. Originally designed to use redundant farm buildings for a high goal operation, Burningfold can accommodate over 80 ponies with supporting staff.
